These terms apply to your use of tailtype.pages.dev (“Tailtype”, “we”, “us”). Tailtype is operated by Qianjun Zhao, based in China. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

Tailtype offers free online personality quizzes about pets and pet owners, free results, and an optional paid digital product: a full personality report for one pet result (“Report”).

2. For entertainment and general information

Our quizzes, results, and Reports are for entertainment and general information only. They are not veterinary, medical, or professional behavioral advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition. Always consult a qualified veterinarian or behaviorist about your pet’s health or behavior.

3. Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars and may include or have added applicable taxes, as calculated at checkout.

A Report is a digital product delivered instantly online after payment. Your access link is the page address shown after purchase; please keep it safe. If you lose it, contact us with your order number.

4. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as described in our refund policy.

5. Your use of the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or bypass its security or payment, and no automated scraping. You may share your result pages and share cards for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its text, illustrations, and design belong to Tailtype. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to view and print your Report and poster for personal use.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the site running, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update quizzes, content, and these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tailtype is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or a Report is limited to the amount you paid us for that Report. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
